Naturally gluten-free and beautifully textured, our Dacquoise is a Parisian classic reimagined. We’ve woven a touch of fine rice flour into the traditional almond meringue to create a shell that is remarkably light, crisp, and pillowy all at once. 

Inside, a rotating collection of whipped buttercreams, fruit jams and rich chocolate ganaches accompany light meringue shells.

Flavor Palette: Yuzu Buttercream, Matcha with Azuki, Earl Grey Ganache, Vanilla Buttercream, and Miso Caramel 

Ingredients: Egg White, Almond Meal, Rice Flour, Icing Sugar, Granulated Sugar (Fillings feature premium local cream, organic matcha, yuzu, and house-made miso caramel)
